Video Delivery Overview
We deliver videos to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Facebook Video, TIDAL, Boomplay, Hungama, and fizy.
Step 1: Create a Video Product
- Create a New Product: Click 'Create' in the top right corner of the homepage. Enter a title for your video and click ‘Create’.
- Upload Your Video: Select "Music Video" as the track type, click 'Add File', and choose your video file.
- Complete Metadata: Fill in all metadata fields and assign a unique UPC/EAN. Ensure the ISRC is unique and not the same as the audio version.
Step 2: Upload Thumbnail
- Image Requirements: Use a still from the video with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Minimum size is 640x400 pixels; 1920x1080 pixels is recommended.
- Content Guidelines: Avoid black bars, logos, or additional text.
Step 3: Fill in Metadata
- Set the release date and add artist identifiers and contributors.
- Attach the ISRC for the audio track. We’ll assign a unique ISRC and UPC for your video.
Spotify 18+ Age Restriction
To ensure age-appropriate viewing, Spotify uses the "Spotify 18+" tag for certain videos. This tag is separate from the “Explicit” tag and applies to visual content only.
Step 4: Final Submission
Once everything is ready, click ‘Submit’. We’ll contact you if any corrections are needed.

- Minimum Bitrate: 15 Mbit/s
Ensure your thumbnails are accurate stills from the video itself, maintaining a 16:9 ratio.
